12 Unique Leaders have been introduced so far into the game, each with different strengths and traits: The General, The Politician, The Pacifist, The Celebrity, The Professional, The Economist, The Explorer, The Hacker, The Scientist, The Architect, The Trucker, and The Supervisor. The General possesses superior leadership which means less need for Helpers. The Politician has great social connections both in Public and High Places. The Pacifist calms everyone around him. The Celebrity increases the spirit of everyone, Helpers are more likely to be effective and increase the mission success rate. The Professional has great time management skills. The Economist is the expert in saving money. The Explorer is the quickest in exploring new areas. The Hacker can secure and access anything. The Scientist produces valuable inventions. The Architect is great at designing buildings. The Trucker is the expert in transportation. The Supervisor ensures a smooth operation every time.

The game also has Helpers that will assist Leaders in their missions: they are the Doctor, Assassin, Police, Soldier, Farmer, Lawyer, Firefighter, Engineer, Surgeon, Worker, Cyborg X01, and Cyborg T01. Each Helper has a unique function that is useful depending on the mission.
