Grumpkins need to be watered twice, and players must remember to water them once at the 90-minute mark. Once fully grown, players can harvest their crops after three hours. Grainbow seeds require level 5 farming, and players can buy more seeds from Hazel’s shop in TV Central after completing the quest from Fitz in TerraVilla NorthWest.

Pixels also integrates many NFT collections that players can use as their avatars in-game. Players can change their avatars by clicking on themselves and editing their Pixels character. Players can also own and customize their own farm by purchasing Pixels Farm Land in the Metaverse. The game has 5,000 unique plots, each with different traits and characteristics such as farm environment, land size, house size, tree density, coop, windmill, and silo. Once players have harvested items that are sellable, they can sell them through specific stores in Terravilla. The game is continually being updated with new features, quests, characters, and things to do as players level up.
