In Parallel, players can build a deck of 40 cards, which can consist of cards from a single parallel or universal cards that can be used in all decks. Each deck is limited to three copies of a card, except for legendaries, which are limited to one copy. The goal of the game is to reduce the other player’s life total to zero, with each player starting with 30 life. The game includes units, relics, effects, upgrades, and a feature called the energy bank, which allows players to increase their max energy by one by “banking” a card, and drawing an additional card at the end of the turn.
