Training the dragons to awaken them will give a huge boost in their energy capacity, dragons in sleep mode have 20 energy/ day, while in awaken mode each dragon will have 30 energy/ day. Through training, in-game materials can be obtained to create recipes to awaken a dragon. There are 3 racing modes available: the first is real-time racing, a player vs player race in which the player’s dragon have to race against 6 other dragons and control the dragon to avoid obstacles, the second is called offline racing which is similar to real-time racing except players can automatically join here and get results even when offline, and lastly the hourly racing, where the number of participants can reach hundreds and with prize money increasing with it, although each race track only has a fixed race time each day. A dragon rental feature can be used inside the game, it comes with two options: fixed-price rental and reward-sharing rental.

Hydraverse has the governance token $HDV that runs on the Binance Smart Chain. In-game token $DCOIN is used in various in-game activities: like buying energy and racing tickets, setting Dcoin in Offline Races, Hiring NFT Dragons, as well as Feeding and Breeding Dragons.
