DeHero offers numbered hero card NFTs that form various combinations, providing bonuses to enhance farming power. Hero cards can be obtained by staking tokens, purchasing from the in-game store, trading with players, or receiving donated cards. Placing hero cards in corresponding slots increases fighting capacity and mining efficiency. The game objective is to collect and enhance NFT hero cards, whose worth is determined by staked HEROES tokens, with each card having a set quantity. DeHero sets the initial value, which fluctuates as players accumulate and stake cards, creating a meta economy where sought-after cards become more valuable.

Hero cards can use equipment to increase strength. Placing weapons in the card book and equipping them in a designated slot provides a power boost to the corresponding hero. This allows seamless hero swapping without changing the weapon. Each hero has specialized weapons based on their occupation, such as swords and firearms for knights. Matching the hero with their weapon enhances combat ability, with equipment effectiveness varying based on rarity and quality, indicated by color-coding from white (common) to gold (rare).
