BattleTabs is a blockchain card game built on Solana where players can trade their collectibles with another player. These digital cards come in sets that feature a specific art or theme with different amounts in volume and rarity each card. The collectibles will offer advantages for the owners such as the creation of a special cosmetic item or skins for the ships by combining certain cards. The crafted items are featured through special effects and animations. Players can also choose between displaying or trading this collection of cards.

Players have also been given the ability to create their own BattleTabs Cards using the same database that the team makes use of. The cards can be used by the players in hosting their own tournaments. The BattleTabs team suggests that players can use Common cards as a fee for entry and distribute Rare cards as awards. Donation of cards to the community, if you have many collections, is also possible.

The game can be played in the browser or installed as an extension. The BattleTabs team is working on making the game available on mobile. As the game will be back to BETA, the BattleTabs team aims to release various game types such as Fog of War, Fixed Rotation, Draft Mode, 3 Ship Fleets, Blitz, Time Attack, Lightning, Random Rotation, and Map Only. Ships will be made customizable with skins to make it unique and stand out from the other. New challenges and features will also be present in this progress. Furthermore, the game is initially created in 2D canvas and later on converted into 3D.
